Job Summary
To support a growing Mid-Market sales team, the full-time remote Account Executive - Mid-Market will identify, source, and close prospects while leveraging consultative selling skills to manage a pipeline of inbound and self-sourced leads.
Key responsibilities
- Position the value of HubSpot's software to medium-sized businesses and guide prospects through the buyer's journey
- Manage relationships with potential buyers by dissecting and qualifying their business goals to determine HubSpot's strategic fit
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute sales strategies and achieve team goals while closing business with new and existing customers
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant full-cycle sales experience
- Strong track record in prospecting and closing net new business with a hunter mentality
- Experience in cross-selling and up-selling to current customers
- Proficiency in multi-approach outbound methods to generate new business
