Job Summary
To drive sales growth in the mid-market sector, the full-time remote Account Executive will develop, manage, and close sales opportunities while exceeding individual software quota targets and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and close a pipeline of qualified leads to achieve sales targets
- Own the full sales cycle from outreach to negotiation and close, driving new annual recurring revenue (ARR)
- Build deep account insights to identify customer pain points and expansion opportunities while ensuring high customer satisfaction
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of successful software sales experience, particularly in CRM, Sales Enablement, or Marketing Automation
- Proven ability to generate pipeline and exceed sales targets through a multi-threaded approach
- Experience driving expansion conversations and growing underutilized customer accounts
- Strong customer-facing presence with effective negotiation skills across Mid Market and Enterprise accounts
- Proficient with Salesforce and modern sales tools such as Clari, Gong, and LinkedIn
