Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle and engage with decision-makers at companies with 500+ employees
  • Master the sales methodology and effectively track sales activities using Salesforce
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of successful outside/field sales experience in SaaS or B2B enterprise solutions
  • Experience selling Benefits Administration, Employee Engagement, or HR Technology solutions
  • Prior usage of Salesforce for activity and pipeline management
  • Demonstrated success selling to organizations with 500+ employees
  • Proven ability to establish and grow partnerships with benefits brokers and consultants
