Job Summary
To expand the marketplace, the full-time remote Account Executive - NC will engage traditional property owners to become PadSplit Hosts, focusing on building relationships, conducting outreach, and delivering tailored value propositions to drive property listings and address housing affordability.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads by researching potential property owners interested in becoming PadSplit Hosts
- Conduct outreach through cold calling, emailing, and networking to connect with traditional property owners
- Host discovery calls and meetings to understand property owners' needs and guide them through the onboarding process
Required qualifications
- Proven success in B2B or B2C sales, particularly in real estate or property management
- Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and long-term relationships with property owners
- High level of self-discipline and motivation to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with real estate investing, rental markets, and property management
- Comfortable using CRM systems and virtual communication platforms for outreach and reporting
