Job Summary
To support the expansion of a category-leading platform, the full-time remote Account Executive - Nordics will drive strategic growth, engage with executive leadership, and lead enterprise sales cycles while establishing Upwind as a premier cloud security partner in the region.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement a regional sales strategy to generate new business and exceed revenue targets
- Build relationships with C-level executives to align business outcomes with Upwind's capabilities
- Own complex sales cycles, guiding evaluations and closing deals by demonstrating measurable ROI
Required qualifications
- Proven enterprise sales success with a history of closing large, complex deals across EMEA
- Experience selling to C-level and technical leaders in cybersecurity, cloud, or DevOps
- Track record of exceeding revenue targets in fast-growing technology companies
- Mastery of structured sales frameworks and a disciplined approach to enterprise sales
- Proficiency in Salesforce for accurate forecasting and pipeline management
