Job Summary

Driving strategic growth, the full-time remote Account Executive - Nordics will design and implement a regional sales strategy, engage with executive leadership, and lead enterprise sales cycles to establish Upwind as a premier cloud security partner in the Nordics.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and implement a regional sales strategy to generate new business and exceed revenue targets
  • Build relationships with C-level executives to align business outcomes with Upwind's capabilities
  • Own complex sales cycles, guiding evaluations and closing deals by demonstrating measurable ROI
Required qualifications
  • Proven enterprise sales success with a history of closing large, complex deals across EMEA
  • Experience selling to C-level and technical leaders in cybersecurity, cloud, or DevOps
  • Track record of exceeding revenue targets in fast-growing technology companies
  • Mastery of structured sales frameworks, such as MEDDPICC
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) for accurate forecasting and pipeline management
