Job Summary
To support a growing client base, the hybrid Account Executive - Outside Sales will actively hunt for new business while managing and expanding existing accounts, utilizing consultative sales techniques to deliver tailored marketing solutions in Gainesville, Florida.
Key responsibilities
- Build a consistent prospecting cadence through various outreach methods to develop a strong sales pipeline
- Manage and grow a territory by balancing new business development with client retention and account expansion
- Lead discovery conversations to understand client goals and create data-informed marketing proposals
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a focus on new business development and account growth
- Proven ability to execute a full-cycle, consultative sales process from discovery to close
- Strong prospecting skills across multiple channels including phone, email, and networking
- Experience with CRM and sales tools for disciplined pipeline management
- Comfort with discussing digital marketing solutions, with direct experience considered a plus
