Job Summary
Managing a territory-based client portfolio, the full-time Account Executive - Outside Sales will engage in consultative sales, focusing on new business development and account growth while working in a hybrid environment that includes both remote and client-facing activities.
Key responsibilities
- Build a consistent prospecting cadence using various outreach methods to develop a strong sales pipeline
- Manage and grow client relationships by balancing new business development with retention and account expansion
- Lead discovery conversations to understand client goals and create tailored marketing strategies that drive measurable results
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a focus on new business development and account growth
- Proven ability to run a full-cycle, consultative sales process from discovery to close
- Strong prospecting skills across multiple channels, including phone, email, and networking
- Experience with CRM and sales tools, demonstrating disciplined pipeline management
- Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
