Job Summary
Managing a territory-based client portfolio, the full-time Account Executive - Outside Sales will engage in consultative sales, actively prospecting for new business while nurturing existing client relationships in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain a consistent prospecting cadence through various outreach methods to develop a strong sales pipeline
- Lead discovery conversations to understand client goals and create tailored marketing strategies that drive business growth
- Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals while collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful client outcomes
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a focus on new business development and account growth
- Proven ability to manage a full-cycle, consultative sales process
- Strong prospecting skills across multiple channels including phone, email, and networking
- Experience with CRM and sales tools for disciplined pipeline management
- Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
