Job Summary

Managing a territory-based client portfolio, the full-time Account Executive - Outside Sales will engage in new business development and account growth while delivering tailored marketing strategies in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Build a consistent prospecting cadence through various outreach methods to develop a strong sales pipeline
  • Manage and grow client relationships by balancing new business development with client retention and account expansion
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand client goals and present data-informed marketing proposals
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a focus on new business development and account growth
  • Proven ability to run a full-cycle, consultative sales process from discovery to close
  • Strong prospecting skills utilizing phone, email, social media, and networking
  • Experience with CRM and sales tools for disciplined pipeline management
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
