Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Executive, Strategic Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop partnerships with PEOs and HRIS companies to achieve revenue goals
  • Create scalable programs and value propositions that enhance partner offerings and address industry trends
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets by activating partnerships that generate significant annual revenue
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of eight years of sales experience
  • 3+ years of sales experience in HR-related product sales
  • Proven history of exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience in designing complex proposals and engaging with executive-level stakeholders
  • Ability to evaluate market opportunities and partnership ROI
