Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Executive, Strategic Partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop partnerships with PEOs and HRIS companies to achieve revenue goals
- Create scalable programs and value propositions that enhance partner offerings and address industry trends
- Achieve or exceed sales targets by activating partnerships that generate significant annual revenue
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of eight years of sales experience
- 3+ years of sales experience in HR-related product sales
- Proven history of exceeding sales quotas
- Experience in designing complex proposals and engaging with executive-level stakeholders
- Ability to evaluate market opportunities and partnership ROI
