Job Summary

Responsible for managing the satisfaction and retention of a large enterprise employer client portfolio, the full-time remote Account Executive, Pharmacy Benefits Management will serve as the primary relationship owner, develop strategic plans, and lead client renewal processes while collaborating with internal teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee client satisfaction and retention for assigned enterprise employer clients
  • Develop and implement strategic plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders to enhance client relationships
  • Lead the client renewal process and manage performance guarantee reporting and compliance components
Required qualifications
  • Must reside in the Pacific Standard or Mountain Standard time zones
  • 5+ years of experience in the pharmacy benefits management industry
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in health administration, business, or relevant professional experience
  • Exceptional business acumen and strong client de-escalation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry-related software programs
