Job Summary
Owning the management of platform partnerships, the full-time Account Executive, Platform Partnerships will drive product adoption and enablement for over 16 credit union partners, ensuring effective utilization of Silvur's retirement planning tools while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary product expert and design scalable training programs for credit union staff
- Manage ongoing relationships with credit union partners, leading quarterly business reviews and optimizing program configurations
- Oversee new partner onboarding from kickoff through full program deployment, coordinating with internal and partner teams
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in client onboarding, partner success, or account management
- Startup experience with comfort in ambiguous environments and process building
- Background in insurance, Medicare, financial services, or B2B2C platform partnerships
- Experience in data collection and analysis for informed decision-making
- Familiarity with modern tech tools including AI applications, Google Workspace, and project management software
