Job Summary
Owning the full sales cycle, the remote Account Executive - Property Technology will prospect, qualify, and close new accounts with multifamily property management companies, delivering ROI-based presentations and managing a deal cycle of 3 to 6 months.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and close new accounts at multifamily property management companies and building ownership groups
- Run ROI-based presentations showing projected cost savings using customer-supplied operational data
- Manage a deal cycle of 3 to 6 months with multiple stakeholders including Directors and VP-level operators
Required qualifications
- 2 to 5+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience with a track record of outbound pipeline generation and quota attainment
- Experience selling to property management, multifamily real estate, or similar operationally-focused buyers
- Comfort running data-driven, cost-savings conversations independently
- Prior experience at a startup or early-stage company is a strong plus
