Job Summary
To support the growth of provider partnerships, the full-time Account Executive - Provider Sales will manage the entire sales cycle, engaging with BCBAs and ABA practice owners remotely to educate them on Alpaca's offerings and drive signed agreements.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full sales process from outbound prospecting to signed partnership agreements
- Conduct discovery conversations with BCBAs and ABA practice owners to understand their goals and challenges
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership to enhance messaging and improve sales processes
Required qualifications
- 1-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or a relationship-driven role
- Experience in a startup, healthcare, education, or SMB-focused environment is preferred
- Familiarity with the ABA industry and private practice ownership is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A desire to contribute to meaningful work alongside a high-performing team
