Job Summary
Owning and closing a defined book of business across the Quebec - Maritime healthcare market, the full-time remote Account Executive will manage full-cycle sales processes, conduct deep discovery of client needs, and deliver tailored product demos to drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Run full-cycle sales processes from discovery to close, including multi-stakeholder and executive-level deals
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline using a mix of outbound, inbound, and product-led signals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive deal momentum and ensure successful handoffs
Required qualifications
- A proven track record of closing sales and exceeding targets
- Experience in software sales; healthcare or SaaS experience is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills to build trust with clinicians and executives
- Intellectually sharp and coachable, with a drive for continuous improvement
- Ability to navigate complex sales environments and sell into ambiguity
