Job Summary

Managing the implementation and onboarding of newly signed strategic remarketing accounts, the full-time Account Executive - Remarketing will serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, coordinating with internal teams and facilitating client meetings remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead implementation and onboarding for new remarketing accounts, ensuring smooth transitions from sales to operations
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and escalations, managing resolutions effectively
  • Monitor service performance and SLAs, proactively addressing issues and coordinating internal resources
Required qualifications
  • College degree or equivalent industry experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in the wholesale and/or retail remarketing industry
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of ARI internal systems and automotive remarketing industry
  • Existing IARA Certification or ability to obtain certification
