Job Summary
Managing the implementation and onboarding of newly signed strategic remarketing accounts, the full-time Account Executive - Remarketing will serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, coordinating with internal teams and facilitating client meetings remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead implementation and onboarding for new remarketing accounts, ensuring smooth transitions from sales to operations
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and escalations, managing resolutions effectively
- Monitor service performance and SLAs, proactively addressing issues and coordinating internal resources
Required qualifications
- College degree or equivalent industry experience
- 3-5 years of experience in the wholesale and/or retail remarketing industry
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of ARI internal systems and automotive remarketing industry
- Existing IARA Certification or ability to obtain certification
