Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business by identifying, engaging, and closing opportunities with prospective clients
- Manage the full sales cycle and identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts to increase revenue
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine go-to-market strategies and ensure a seamless post-sale experience for new customers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a full-cycle sales or account executive role, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry
- Strong track record of sourcing and closing new business, particularly with mid-market and enterprise clients
- Deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles and go-to-market strategies
- Experience selling AI-powered technologies or customer experience platforms is a strong plus
