Job Summary
To support a growing sales team, the full-time remote Account Executive - SaaS Sales for EMEA will manage a portfolio of SMB, mid-market, and enterprise customers, focusing on selling Digify products and developing strong customer relationships through phone and video interactions.
Key responsibilities
- Sell Digify products to various customer segments while understanding their unique needs across EMEA markets
- Conduct product demos and manage inbound inquiries, prioritizing customer interactions based on fit and urgency
- Capture customer interactions in CRM and communicate feedback and trends to product and marketing teams
Required qualifications
- Proven track record in selling SaaS or cloud software products
- Experience in handling sales across multiple markets with awareness of data-protection concerns
- Strong sales qualification and deal-handling skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in English; additional European languages like German or French are a plus
