Driven sales professionals will find a full-time remote Account Executive - Science & Clinical Staffing opportunity focused on new business development, client relationship management, and delivering talent solutions within the Science & Clinical industry.
Key responsibilities
- Drive new business development and manage territory growth through prospecting and client outreach
- Generate leads, schedule meetings, and deliver presentations to secure staffing solutions deals
- Build long-term client partnerships while collaborating with recruiting teams to ensure exceptional service delivery
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of business development or staffing sales experience
- Experience in Science, Clinical, Healthcare, or Life Sciences staffing preferred
- Proven ability to generate new business and exceed sales goals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
