Job Summary
Driving full-cycle sales processes, the full-time Account Executive - Shop Management will prospect and build relationships with independent auto repair shops and small chains, delivering tailored solutions to enhance shop performance and profitability in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
- Conduct consultative conversations to understand the operational needs and growth goals of shop owners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful onboarding and customer satisfaction
Required qualifications
- 3-5+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience in Enterprise SaaS, preferably in the auto aftermarket or repair sector
- Proven ability to sell to small business owners and tailor discussions to their business sophistication
- Strong consultative selling skills focused on delivering practical business outcomes
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce and sales forecasting
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
