Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Executive (Small Business) to manage post-sale client relationships and drive account growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify growth opportunities within unassigned accounts and execute strategies for upselling and cross-selling
  • Protect account retention by mitigating churn risks and managing the renewal process
  • Utilize digital engagement tools to educate clients on product features and enhancements
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Executive roles, or Marketing in the small market space
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Proven experience in managing client relationships and achieving retention and revenue targets
  • Familiarity with HSA, HRA, FSA, COBRA, and related regulatory requirements preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM and client engagement platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
