Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Executive (Small Business) to manage post-sale client relationships and drive account growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify growth opportunities within unassigned accounts and execute strategies for upselling and cross-selling
- Protect account retention by mitigating churn risks and managing the renewal process
- Utilize digital engagement tools to educate clients on product features and enhancements
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Executive roles, or Marketing in the small market space
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Proven experience in managing client relationships and achieving retention and revenue targets
- Familiarity with HSA, HRA, FSA, COBRA, and related regulatory requirements preferred
- Proficiency in CRM and client engagement platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
