Job Summary
Driving net-new logo acquisition and revenue growth, the full-time remote Account Executive - Small Business will manage a pipeline of approximately 450 accounts through self-sourced outbound prospecting and full-cycle sales efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle, building and managing a pipeline that is 80-90% self-generated outbound
- Conduct multiple sales meetings daily, leading tailored demos and closing deals within an average 30-day sales cycle
- Consistently achieve or exceed quota for net-new revenue
Required qualifications
- At least 1 year of recent experience in full-cycle, net-new logo acquisition
- Proven success managing a primarily outbound sales pipeline
- Track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong consultative selling and closing skills
- High activity levels, resilience, and coachability
