Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Executive for the SMB segment in North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive full-cycle sales from prospecting to closing and maintain an accurate pipeline
- Identify and generate revenue through new client acquisition and upselling to existing clients
- Build strategic partnerships by consulting with clients to recommend tailored HR and payroll solutions
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in SDR/BDR and AE roles with a successful track record of pipeline generation
- 2+ years of experience in a sales closing role, preferably in SaaS or tech
- Experience in multi-product or solution-based sales; familiarity with payroll or HR products is a plus
- Ability to thrive in high-performance, remote environments with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong analytical skills and organizational abilities to manage multiple deals effectively
