Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Executive for the SMB segment in North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive full-cycle sales from prospecting to closing and maintain an accurate pipeline
  • Identify and generate revenue through new client acquisition and upselling to existing clients
  • Build strategic partnerships by consulting with clients to recommend tailored HR and payroll solutions
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in SDR/BDR and AE roles with a successful track record of pipeline generation
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales closing role, preferably in SaaS or tech
  • Experience in multi-product or solution-based sales; familiarity with payroll or HR products is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in high-performance, remote environments with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong analytical skills and organizational abilities to manage multiple deals effectively
