Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Executive, SMB in North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive full-cycle sales from prospecting to closing while maintaining an accurate pipeline
  • Identify and generate revenue through new client acquisition and upselling existing clients
  • Build strategic partnerships by understanding client needs and recommending tailored solutions


Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in SDR/BDR and AE roles with a track record of generating pipeline
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales closing role, preferably in SaaS/Tech
  • Experience in multi-product or solution-based sales, with payroll or HR products as a plus
  • Ability to thrive in high-performance, remote environments with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Exceptional communication skills with an analytical approach to managing multiple deals
