Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Executive, SMB in North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive full-cycle sales from prospecting to closing while maintaining an accurate pipeline
- Identify and generate revenue through new client acquisition and upselling existing clients
- Build strategic partnerships by understanding client needs and recommending tailored solutions
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in SDR/BDR and AE roles with a track record of generating pipeline
- 2+ years of experience in a sales closing role, preferably in SaaS/Tech
- Experience in multi-product or solution-based sales, with payroll or HR products as a plus
- Ability to thrive in high-performance, remote environments with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Exceptional communication skills with an analytical approach to managing multiple deals
