Job Summary
Owning and growing a territory of small and mid-sized businesses, the remote Account Executive - SMB will manage new business acquisition and expansion selling, focusing on protecting clients' data and digital identities while achieving sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Driving new logo acquisition and growing revenue within the existing customer base through upsell and cross-sell initiatives
- Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract close, including product demonstrations and negotiations
- Maintaining a healthy sales pipeline and providing accurate weekly forecasts using CRM tools
Required qualifications
- Proven success in a quota-carrying SaaS sales role with a focus on new business generation
- Strong pipeline management skills and experience with Salesforce and other modern sales tools
- Consultative selling approach with the ability to connect product capabilities to customer needs
- Experience managing a full sales cycle in a competitive SaaS environment
- Self-starter mentality with strong time management and accountability skills
