Job Summary
To support a growing SMB sales team, the full-time Account Executive, SMB will manage the sales process for small business leads, guiding them through trials and demonstrating the value of the platform while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively sell Karbon to small business prospects through inbound leads and outbound efforts
- Engage with inbound leads to understand their needs and tailor presentations that align with Karbon's value
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, ensuring accurate updates in Salesforce/Gong
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a full sales cycle selling role with a proven track record
- Strong personal drive to succeed in a quota-carrying role
- Technical aptitude to master sales tools and tech stack
- Ability to prioritize and multitask across various sales opportunities
- Physical location in Chicago, IL, with bonus points for experience selling to accountants
