Job Summary

Owning the full sales cycle, the full-time Account Executive SMB will qualify, discover, and close new SMB customers while proactively engaging dental practices and shaping Dandy's sales strategy in Germany from a remote location.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the entire sales process from qualification to closing with new SMB customers
  • Proactively prospect dental practices to drive client acquisition
  • Collaborate with senior sales leadership to refine sales messaging and achieve revenue targets
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of sales experience, including 3+ years in a full-cycle closing role
  • Experience in a high-growth startup or scaling environment is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with disciplined pipeline management
  • High proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Demonstrated track record of professional success
