Job Summary
Owning the full sales cycle, the full-time Account Executive SMB will qualify, discover, and close new SMB customers while proactively engaging dental practices and shaping Dandy's sales strategy in Germany from a remote location.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales process from qualification to closing with new SMB customers
- Proactively prospect dental practices to drive client acquisition
- Collaborate with senior sales leadership to refine sales messaging and achieve revenue targets
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience, including 3+ years in a full-cycle closing role
- Experience in a high-growth startup or scaling environment is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with disciplined pipeline management
- High proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Demonstrated track record of professional success
