Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Executive Team Lead, SMB+ Core.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of SMB Account Executives to drive pipeline creation and business growth
  • Manage execution of inbound and outbound sales motions while coaching team members on identifying and qualifying expansion opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine sales strategies and improve overall sales efficiency
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of sales leadership experience in a quota-carrying, commission-based environment
  • Proven success in coaching sellers in consultative, multi-product sales methodologies
  • Experience in managing both inbound and proactive outbound sales efforts with strong pipeline management skills
  • Familiarity with AI and automation tools to enhance sales efficiency and execution
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with various teams
