Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Executive Team Lead, SMB+ Core.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of SMB Account Executives to drive pipeline creation and business growth
- Manage execution of inbound and outbound sales motions while coaching team members on identifying and qualifying expansion opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine sales strategies and improve overall sales efficiency
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of sales leadership experience in a quota-carrying, commission-based environment
- Proven success in coaching sellers in consultative, multi-product sales methodologies
- Experience in managing both inbound and proactive outbound sales efforts with strong pipeline management skills
- Familiarity with AI and automation tools to enhance sales efficiency and execution
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with various teams
