Job Summary
Owning the full sales cycle with outpatient healthcare facilities, the full-time remote Account Executive, West Coast will focus on prospecting, conducting tailored solution demos, and closing deals while driving adoption of Medely's healthcare staffing platform.
Key responsibilities
- Manage territory planning and execute consultative discovery calls to identify operational pain points and staffing needs
- Generate pipeline primarily through self-prospecting and relationship-building, while also engaging with inbound leads
- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and high adoption rates for new clients
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle, quota-carrying sales experience in software/technology, preferably in healthcare or a regulated industry
- Proven track record of consultative, solution-based selling and closing multi-contact opportunities
- Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline through self-prospecting
- Experience engaging with multiple decision-makers within an account
- BS/BA degree or equivalent relevant sales experience
