Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Executive, Zero Balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client projects and relationships, ensuring action items are completed and client inquiries are addressed
• Compile and manage client processes from start to finish, including reports and escalations
• Research complex payer issues and create project plans to identify risks and opportunities in hospital-payer contracts

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in research and analysis
• A minimum of 3 years of experience with managed care contracts and hospital reimbursement
• A minimum of 2 years of client-facing experience
• High School Diploma or GED is required
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills
