Account Financial Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account/Financial Controller for a remote contract position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, reconcile accounts, and resolve discrepancies
• Analyze financial records, prepare statements and reports, and provide insights into financial performance
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting, implement cash management strategies, and manage accounts payable and receivable

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online
• Experience with financial records-keeping in a company with multiple sources of invoicing and expenses
• Experience with partial payments and invoice records bookkeeping
• Experience with clearing backlogs for complicated financial records
• Experience with building processes for per-department financial records systematization
