Account Integrity Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Integrity Specialist responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of customer account data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain customer accounts in Syteline, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
• Audit existing customer accounts for data accuracy and compliance with internal policies
• Collaborate with various departments to resolve account discrepancies and support data integrity initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in account management, data management, or related field required
• Experience working within an ERP system (Syteline preferred)
• Experience in medical device, healthcare, or regulated industry environments preferred
• Competency in computer skills, including MS Office and ERP/CRM systems
