A company is looking for an Account Lead (Manufacturing) in Governance Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion service delivery management and ensure compliance with contractual commitments

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT outsourcing or managed services
• Strong understanding of the Manufacturing industry, including trends and regulatory considerations
• Proven expertise in client relations, vendor management, and service delivery
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; master's degree preferred
