Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Lead, HSF - National Sales (Remote Opportunity).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust account intelligence within the company's CRM
- Educate buyers on the company's brands and values to build preference and loyalty
- Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate the annual transient RFP process and grow the company's presence in customer travel programs
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of hotel sales experience
- Strong sales knowledge and business development experience in transient and group segments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM/database management tools
- Knowledgeable of customer sourcing and booking tools
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Sales, or Business preferred
