Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Lead, Social Commerce to manage client relationships and performance for TikTok Shop brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for TikTok Shop clients, aligning on goals and performance
  • Partner with internal teams to manage product seeding, campaign rollout, and in-platform optimizations
  • Track campaign KPIs and GMV, providing insights and escalating risks as needed
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in account management, influencer/social commerce, or performance marketing
  • Hands-on TikTok Shop experience (minimum 6-12 months) managing product, affiliate, or creator workflows
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and synthesize data effectively
  • Strong proactive and analytical skills, with a focus on platform-native commerce
  • A high standard of performance and a desire to grow into a senior client leader role
