Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coordinator, Account Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in troubleshooting and creating solutions for Price Transparency and No Surprises Act tools
  • Manage calendars by scheduling and coordinating internal and client meetings
  • Support in preparing meeting materials, taking minutes, and maintaining client information in the CRM
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED is required
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare or customer support roles
  • Strong technical skills with Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • General knowledge of HCPCS, CPT, and Revenue Codes
  • Basic understanding of CMS regulations regarding Price Transparency and the No Surprise Act
