Job Summary
To support client success through expert coordination and strategic problem-solving, the remote Account Management Coordinator will manage client onboarding, monitor performance, and resolve complex issues while collaborating with various business functions.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure client satisfaction by collaborating across business functions and following through on outstanding items until resolution
- Monitor client performance to confirm expectations are consistently met while maintaining accurate client records
- Resolve complex issues by researching, accessing necessary resources, and escalating to appropriate internal experts
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in health insurance, employee benefits, human resources, or the healthcare industry
- Experience onboarding new clients and providing account-based service preferred
- Comfort working with HR Directors and Executives
- Strong collaboration abilities to work effectively across business functions
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
