Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic management of a portfolio of accounts, focusing on retention, upsell, and growth
• Serve as the primary executive advisor, building strong relationships with client executives
• Oversee account planning and execution, ensuring alignment with client objectives and contractual agreements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of healthcare industry experience, particularly in managed care and health plan operations
• Experience with Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and complex client integration
• Proven success in managing health plan accounts with a focus on performance and growth
• Advanced financial acumen, including experience with P&L management and contract economics
