Job Summary
Leading a team of Account Managers, the remote Director, Account Management Lead will drive client satisfaction and revenue growth by managing high-value partnerships, providing strategic consultation, and leveraging data insights to optimize client outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a team of account managers to enhance customer satisfaction and increase platform adoption
- Analyze client data to recommend solutions and develop eCommerce strategies aligned with client objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for client needs and influence product and business decisions
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or Consulting with leadership experience
- Proven track record managing large enterprise clients and achieving revenue targets
- Highly analytical with the ability to interpret complex data and drive strategic decisions
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for influencing executive-level audiences
