Job Summary

Managing and coordinating account service for a complex group of Carelon Medical Benefits Management accounts, the hybrid Account Management Executive will focus on retention, growth, and performance management while serving as the primary contact for clients.

Key responsibilities
  • Perform account planning to understand account values, vision, and measures of success
  • Act as the single point of contact for service delivery, issue resolution, and reporting for assigned accounts
  • Lead sales and expansion activities, including contract renewals and negotiations, ensuring alignment with profitability targets
Required qualifications
  • BA/BS degree with a minimum of 7 years of experience in health plan management, account management, or IT systems/business process consulting
  • Experience in provider network management or health benefits management preferred
