Job Summary
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the full-time remote Account Management Leader will develop and lead the Account Management organization, focusing on client retention, renewals, and growth while managing executive relationships and driving long-term client value realization.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Gross Revenue Retention (GRR), Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and develop strategies to minimize churn and maximize client growth opportunities
- Lead the evolution of the Account Management organization, establishing clear accountability for client outcomes and building a high-performing team
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve client outcomes, monitor client health, and drive alignment to enhance retention and overall client experience
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of leadership experience in Account Management, Client Success, or related client-facing functions within a SaaS environment
- Proven success in managing retention, renewals, and expansion revenue across an existing client base
- Experience in building and scaling account management organizations and client health frameworks
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering against revenue targets
- Healthcare technology experience preferred, ideally within workforce management or HR technology
