Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, SMB Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and implement the Account Management organizational structure, processes, and KPIs
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of high-performing Account Managers
  • Develop and standardize upsell/cross-sell playbooks for the mid-market segment
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success, with 2-3 years in a management role at a B2B SaaS company
  • Proven track record of building and scaling an Account Management team in a high-growth environment
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and talent development skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute complex account strategies
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to drive initiatives independently
