Account Management Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Account Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Account Managers to achieve upsell revenue and net revenue retention goals
• Train and develop Account Managers through hiring, onboarding, and ongoing sales enablement
• Attend Quarterly Business Reviews with customers and pitch additional features aligned with the company's roadmap

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience selling technical enterprise SaaS solutions
• 2+ years of sales management experience in SaaS
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market
• Bachelor's degree required; previous sales methodology training preferred
• Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles from start to finish
