A company is looking for a Manager of Account Management - US Based Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop client proposals and lead contract negotiations in collaboration with the Director
• Implement account-specific plans and strategies to achieve service, revenue, and profit goals
• Monitor client satisfaction and manage performance metrics to ensure service excellence

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Account Management within the relocation or service industry
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
• Availability to travel as needed
• Experience managing multiple accounts and demonstrated relationship management skills
