Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of client accounts, the full-time remote Account Management Manager will oversee client relationships, drive revenue opportunities, and ensure seamless service delivery while collaborating with various support teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and present proposals for clients, and lead contract negotiations in collaboration with the Director
- Implement account-specific strategies to achieve service, revenue, and profit goals, while monitoring performance metrics
- Ensure client satisfaction by managing expectations, tracking service delivery, and conducting annual reviews
Required qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in Account Management within the service industry, preferably in relocation or real estate
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, with sales experience preferred
- Demonstrated presentation skills and ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel as needed
