Job Summary

Leading a dedicated team, the full-time remote Account Management Manager will oversee client relationships, focusing on renewals, upselling, and identifying expansion opportunities while managing team performance metrics and collaborating with marketing.

Key responsibilities
  • Ensure account management representatives understand client needs and how to leverage the platform for growth
  • Manage and report on key operational metrics for team and individual performance
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders to identify additional sales opportunities
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience leading SMB and Mid-Market account management teams
  • Experience managing a gross revenue quota of $5M+ annually
  • Proven success in negotiating deals ranging from $20-75k
  • Hands-on leadership style with a focus on team development
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast pipeline and present data effectively
