Job Summary
Leading a dedicated team, the full-time remote Account Management Manager will oversee client relationships, drive renewals and upsells, and enhance account management practices to maximize customer value and retention.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and support account management representatives to ensure a deep understanding of client needs and goals
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders to identify sales opportunities
- Recruit, hire, and nurture a high-performing account management team while tracking operational metrics
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience leading SMB and Mid-Market account management teams
- Proven experience managing a gross revenue quota of $5M+ annually
- Strong familiarity with negotiating deals in the range of $20-75k
- Hands-on leadership style with a focus on team development and performance tracking
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn metrics into actionable insights
