Job Summary

To oversee a regional team of Account Managers, the full-time Manager of Account Management will manage client advertising campaigns, ensure seamless execution, and collaborate with internal teams while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of approximately 5 Account Managers, fostering an inclusive culture and driving recruitment and retention
  • Oversee the campaign lifecycle to ensure flawless execution and collaborate with AdOps to exceed client KPIs
  • Identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities within active accounts and elevate the client experience through high-level interactions
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in digital media, specifically in Account Management, Media Planning, or Client Services
  • Proven leadership experience managing and developing a regional team of 3+ individual contributors
  • Deep understanding of online advertising terms and digital media revenue models
  • Advanced proficiency in advertising metrics and the ability to translate campaign performance data into actionable insights
  • Familiarity with ad tech platforms such as Salesforce, JIRA, and DoubleClick
