Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an account management, operations, or revenue support role
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including reporting and admin basics
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in working with spreadsheets
• Experience in driving small to mid-size projects to completion
• Strong organizational habits and ability to manage multiple tasks
